A dozen plus group fitness class formats are available including Zumba, HIIT, Bodypump, Barre, Spin and more. The California, MD and Leonardtown, MD gyms offer Les Mills programming. All classes can be modified for any fitness level and intensity preference. Fitness classes are included in the Method + and Method Premier memberships.

Personal Training is available as one-to-one and small group training with options that work for your goals and budget. Learn more about Personal Training here.

Fit Kids is available at our California, MD and Dale City, VA Method Gym locations for an additional fee. Fit Kids provide the peace of mind you need to enjoy your workout.

The Method + and Method Premier membership plans provide access to all Method Gym locations.

All membership cancellations require a 31-day cancellation notice.

Yes, all Method Gym locations have showers and lockers for your convenience.

Yes, you can enjoy sitting in a sauna and resting your muscles after your workout at all Method Gym locations. The gyms do not have tanning or steam rooms at this time.

Yes! The front desk staff can provide the WiFi name and password so you can enjoy your favorite tunes and shows.

Enrollment fee is waived for all active military members and veterans. For members of our military and veterans, we sincerely thank you for your service!
