Achieve long-lasting fitness and health goals with best-in-class cardio and strength equipment, invigorating group fitness classes and a dedicated personal training team. Plus, a friendly Fit Kids center helps make your workouts more enjoyable! The Fit Kids Center operates from 9 am to 12 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm, Monday to Friday. Additionally, it is open from 9 am to 12 pm on Saturdays. Located just 20 minutes from our Leonardtown, MD location.
