Step is a dynamic cardiovascular functional workout to improve endurance, coordination, and agility using an adjustable step platform. This high-energy class combines choreographed moves with strength elements for a full-body burn.

It combines basic stepping with athletic movements like squats, lunges, and push-ups, as well as optional weight plate exercises. Step class aims to improve cardio fitness, tone muscles (particularly in the legs and glutes), and enhance coordination. Classes are designed to be adaptable for all fitness levels.
