Keith “Coach KAJE” Jackson is a boxing trainer with over 20 years of experience in the sport and more than 15 years of coaching youth and adults. As a USA Boxing–certified trainer, he focuses on teaching proper boxing fundamentals for self-defense, fitness, discipline, and stress relief.
Through his Boxing for Wellness approach, Coach KAJE helps individuals build confidence, improve both physical and mental conditioning, and use boxing as a positive outlet for overall health and personal growth.
