With over 15 years of experience, Richard is a Wellness Coach and Group Instructor at Method who specializes in helping clients achieve long-term results through smart, intentional training. Certified through ISSA and trained in CPR and AED, he is also continuing his education in Nutrition and Corrective Exercise to further support his clients.

Richard focuses on teaching the why and how behind movement, emphasizing proper muscle activation, technique, and sustainable progress. His philosophy is simple: good health is a lifelong commitment, not a race. He works with clients to build consistency, improve movement, and create lasting results both in and out of the gym.
