Join Method Gym’s 8-Week Small Group Personal Training Program and experience focused, personalized coaching in a supportive group of just 4 participants. Whether you’re jumpstarting your fitness journey or breaking through a plateau, this program is designed to help you build strength, boost endurance, and stay consistent.
What’s Included:
- Small group training (4 people max)
- Weekly programming customized to your goals
- InBody composition analysis to track progress
- 60-minute training sessions, 1–2x per week
- Flexible training times: Early morning, lunch, and evening
- Available at Leonardtown & California, MD locations
