Join Method Gym’s 8-Week Small Group Personal Training Program and experience focused, personalized coaching in a supportive group of just 4 participants. Whether you’re jumpstarting your fitness journey or breaking through a plateau, this program is designed to help you build strength, boost endurance, and stay consistent.

What’s Included:
  • Small group training (4 people max)
  • Weekly programming customized to your goals
  • InBody composition analysis to track progress
  • 60-minute training sessions, 1–2x per week
  • Flexible training times: Early morning, lunch, and evening
  • Available at Leonardtown & California, MD locations
Program Options:
  • 1x/week (8 sessions) – $199
  • 2x/week (16 sessions) – $399
