We’re celebrating our amazing “mature” community members! On Thursday, August 21, Method Gym is opening our doors to everyone 65+ to experience our welcoming fitness community — and enjoy a special event just for you.
Join us at 1:00 PM for a 30-minute Senior Mobility Class, designed to help improve stability, balance, and overall movement confidence. We’ll use chairs and light weights for support-friendly exercises, all set to the feel-good hits of the ’50s and ’60s.
This is a great opportunity to connect with others, stay active, and have a little fun while moving to some classic tunes.
