Get ready for a March Madness–style fitness competition featuring a mix of calisthenics and barbell challenges designed to test strength, endurance, and overall performance.

Members will compete in multiple workout rounds, pushing their limits in a supportive and high-energy environment. Participants will have the chance to win 1st and 2nd place prizes, along with bragging rights inside the gym.
