Waldorf: Strong Start: Maintain Balance & Full Body

Build confidence and competency using full-body training principles.
This Strong Start session introduces full-body circuit movements, safe form, and habit-building goals — including 2 strength days per week plus 6–8k daily steps. Participants will also complete a 30-second sit-to-stand and a 1-minute step test to monitor progress.
